Mozilla Firefox Proxy Settings
Step #1
Start up FirefoxConfigure FireFox to use the proxy server by opening your browser.
Click on Tools and select "Options" as shown below.

Click on the General tab and then the Connection Settings button.

Click the radio button for Manual proxy configuration.

Type in the proxy ip address and port that you wrote down.

Google Chrome Proxy Settings
Google Chrome uses the same connection and proxy settings as Windows. Changing these settings affects Google Chrome as well as Internet Explorer and other Windows programs.
To set up or change network connections, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Click "Customize and Control Google Chrome" menu.
Step 2:
Click "Options" button.
Step 3:
Under "Google Chrome Options" window select 'Under the Hood" tab.
Step 4:
In the 'Network' section, click the "Change proxy settings" button.
Step 5:
Under "Internet Properties" window click "Lan settings" button.
Step 6:
Under "Local Area Network (LAN) Settings" window click on the Proxy server for your LAN" and enter your proxy settings.
Step 7:
Click OK and Apply to save the settings.
